Synthetic Grass

Beautifully Made, Easily Maintained

We pride ourselves on our affiliation with the recognized leader in global technology and manufacturing prowess whose research and development is the result of over 30 years of international product application in every conceivable climate and condition. We’re proud of that family, numbered at four facilities throughout the globe. Most have earned ISO 9001 certification, the highest level of quality a manufacturing plant can achieve.

Environmentally Friendly

This product and its components were tested by LA Testing’s Los Alamitos Laboratory, an independently certified facility that is accredited by the American Industrial Hygiene Association, the National Institute of Standards and Technology, and the California Department of Health Services Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program.  This product was subject to hot, concentrated acid digestion, followed by an analysis of elements using stringent, EPA-approved tests for arsenic, barium, cadmium, chromium, lead, selenium, silver and mercury that included Inductively Coupled Argon Plasma Atomic Emission Spectroscopy (ICP-AES) and Cold Vapor Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (CVAA)- the EPA’s 7471A test for mercury.

With no detectable traces, this product is compliant for these RCRA* heavy metals with the EPA, Center for Disease Control, Consumer Product Safety Commission and California Proposition 65 requirements.
*Resource Conservation Recovery Act is a federal hazardous waste control regulation. We invite you to experience the synthetic grass revolution!

Manufacturing Process

Within Landscape Transformations family of global manufacturing facilities, you’ll find spools of the highest quality yarn being tufted into primary backing cloths.  You’ll also find a wide array of backings to help deliver a broad range of stability for a full spectrum of sports!  High quality yarns, which will make their way into one of our landscape or sports field products, pass around feed rollers and through guide bars.

Inspection frames are used to thoroughly inspect every square foot of backing, identifying any necessary repairs. For added durability, a special “Tuft Lock” coat is applied to a patented stretching of the primary backing for each roll of finished product. The synthetic grass is then processed through technologically advanced “ovens” to cure backings.  Finally, the finished product receives its last in-house inspection– an in-depth quality control process– prior to packaging and dispatch. This process creates our proprietary tri-polymer system, “The Ultimate in Synthetic Grass.”
The real inspection, of course, is the one our customers perform, day in and day out for years.
